Campus Shepherd

Jenna Jenson

Hi there! My name is Jenna Jenson and I am currently the Campus Shepherd for our Freshwaters United Methodist Church, our Zimmerman campus. I have been a member of Freshwaters UMC since 2009 but have been in attendance since 2007.

I married my best friend and the love of my life in 2011 at our Princeton Campus and had my son baptized at our Zimmerman campus in 2015. For the past 10 years I have lived in Princeton and have been working in the banking field. In my spare time I love to take pictures and scrapbook. Fishing, camping and anything outside have been lifelong hobbies of mine and I plan on passing those onto my children.

The people of Freshwaters UMC are not just people from church, but are people that have become my family. I love coming to worship on Sundays and being a part of something that's bigger than me alone. I hope to see you in worship soon!!

Worship Leader

Sawyer Carey

My name is Sawyer Carey. I was born in Princeton, MN and raised in Zimmerman MN.  I’ve  been going to this church all my life and love it!

I am the worship leader in Freshwaters UMC Lake campus. I have been playing Piano for 8 years, Guitar for 3 years and singing all my life. Ever since I was little, I’ve always had a passion for music,  and loved playing instruments.

I know that all gifts come from God, so I wanted to use mine for Him! Bob, a great friend of mine, helped me get the position in the church that I have now, and has helped and mentored me along the way. And I've been doing it since April 2015 and love it!

And I thank God for giving me such an amazing church family!

Administrative Assistant

Linda Anderson

I am a Princeton native, my dad is “Gary the Barber” - retired now! I graduated from St. Cloud State University with a double teaching degree in English and Theatre and discovered teaching wasn’t for me! I’ve worked in the “customer service” industry ever since – “secretary and bookkeeper” is still how I think of all the jobs I’ve had; of course now it is Administrative Assistant and Treasurer. I am married to Randy Hatch and between us we have three children, all grown up and moved away, leading very successful and busy lives, so we look forward to holidays and family time.

Youth Coordinator & Web Development

Jesse Abraham

My family and I are from Princeton. My wife and I have three beautiful daughters and a son. My wife Trudi Abraham and I were married at Freshwaters and have been members for the past 20 years. I have a degree in advertising, communications, and  design. My passion for Christ has called me to work with the youth and help  teens feel the Love of Jesus and help them on their journey with Christ.

Today's teens need Christ centered relationships. Having four children of my own. I realize all of the stress and worries they have to deal with on a day to day basis. Having Jesus in our life has a profound effect on everything we do and how we treat others. A big reason teens do not have a relationship with God is because they feel that it is uncool, boring, can't have any fun, and there are simply too many rules.

My objective is to help them see that the peace, Love and Joy that Jesus offers is unlike any thing that the world has to offer. That they will finally be able to let go of there fears, and anxiety's that have been holding them back from true happiness. to destroy the theory that " Christian aren't fun".

The C.R.E.W. youth group offers a place for teens to explore God's plan for them and to build Real Relationship Refreshment for Life.
